In the multimedia performance “Lícia in the Wonder Verge” Madame C.B. and Lícia D.B. join forces in order to discuss about how love, power and freedom flow in the life of those who seek the wisdom lightness. With the power of strength and courage from religious African-Brazilian mythological deities Oxum and Yemanjá, they cause the deep waters and voluptuous waterfalls universes to vibrate, in order to fight all forms of prejudice, aggression and the sameness of femininity. It’s a Process Art research on personal mythology considering concepts of spiritual practices, such as conscious freedom and self-liberation to build a series of multimedia ritualistic performances.
